The aim is to present how Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) can be utilized in e-Learning and evaluating the effect of SOA utilization on University Management Information Systems (UMISs) and Learning Management Systems (LMSs), and on institutions that utilizes SOA in its e-Learning. e-Learning is a rich research area that includes; not only universities and schools, and by broadening the scope, it contains companies, enterprises, and organizations.
